1st Dan Doce Pares Pangamot (Filipino Jujutsu)
Blue belt BJJ
Blue belt Judo
P4 Krav Maga

Plus, trained in shooto, kyokushin, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, escrima, jujutsu, aikido etc.

ABOUT ME

My medium term goal is to earn 10 blackbelts or equivalent by my 40th birthday. I know this is not going to make me into Superman, but keeps me motivated.

HOBBIES

Martial arts (of course)
Asian History
Asian Languages (especially Japanese)
Playing the guitar and singing (although I am terrible)
Wrestling with my son

WHAT I DON'T LIKE

Politics interfering with learning and development in the martial arts

Dear Chrislg,

We appreciate your understanding in our attempts to prevent spammers/scammers on MAF.

Today, despite our efforts 2 slipped in and sent over 650 messages in a 5 hour period after staff members checked the site.

Hello Chrislg,

Lately you may have noticed that you may have received e-mail messages advising that you have a private message on MAF.

When you log on the messages are gone. This is because the ADMIN and Staff folks have identified the sender as a Spammer and have deleted their profile and messages.

Most of these messages give you an off-site e-mail address to contact the spammer. Once they get to know you they give you a sad story where they ask you to send them money.

Because we value your privacy, the MAF folks will diligently continue to keep this a safe site for everyone.
